Kathryn came over as being efficient and calm and in control. She addressed me by my first name, (nice touch). She explained to me as to what was happening while I watched 'the video', and was very efficient in compiling the report which I received on discharge. She had control over the theatre team, everyone know exactly what they were doing, so it ran very smoothly. Myself not being a medical professional, I feel that I couldn't offer any further suggestions to improve the care given, because I am more than happy with the treatment that I received. Thank you.

My whole experience at the Prime Endoscopy Centre in Bristol was excellent, from the receptionist, to the nurse who pre briefed me, the 2 nurses in supporting the investigation, the Doctor and the aftercare nurse. Kathryn was kind, honest and gentle. She helped me through a procedure that I hadn't looked forward to and she did it with calmness and a kindness. She also helped by sharing the results of the investigation and giving me honest feedback at the time, which was also documented clearly.
